For more than 20 years, we at GarageTown USA, have been building and developing residential, commercial and multi-use properties, offering superior customer service and providing families a place to call home. These endeavors have given us the opportunity to discover buyers' needs.

We developed the GarageTown concept to meet the growing necessity of homeowners who needed to store items that would not fit in their homes and garages. We did this in a unique way: OWNERSHIP. Because we listened to our customers, we have developed a condominium storage ownership concept that fills a much needed niche.

Cyndie & Tom Johnson Jordan Johnson

Tom Johnson was one of the founders of GarageTown USA. He passed away April of 2007. His vision and passion for the community helped to create and inspire what GarageTown has become. His son, Jordan, passed away from a heart attack in November of 2006. Our prayers and thoughts go to his wife Cyndie as well as his two daughters, Desiree and Aubree. Our goal at GarageTown is to carry out Tom’s goal and bring high-end storage ownership to the public.
